About Us

         San Diego SEA Inc. is a family-owned corporation specializing in real estate services.  It is owned by Sandy and her husband Ed Adamczyk.  Thus the name stands for Sandy & Ed Adamczyk. (SEA Inc.).  They formed their S Corp in 2004 to combine their ventures in the real estate industry.   Together Sandy & Ed provide real estate services.  This entails sales, repairs, and property management.   Sandy handles the Broker and Bookkeeping aspects, while Ed maintains the repairs and maintenance issues.  He oversees and supervises vendors when items need to be outsourced.

Sandy is a Southern California native, and has been in real estate for nearly 30 years, she started out as an Admin/Office Manager in the early eighties and in 1987 got her real estate license.  In 2006 she obtained her Brokers License, CA DRE #00964554.  She does real estate sales through her association with Realty Source, Inc.  and the Property Management through San Diego SEA, Inc.  From 1989 to 2011 Sandy hung her license with New Visions Real Estate in South Park, and when the office closed the South Park location, she found her new home with Realty Source, Inc.   The Realty Source office is in Mission Valley she works from her home office in South Park.  Sandy has been serving San Diego City and County Clients since 1987.  She has sold homes in East Counties, South and North Counties as well as Metro San Diego. 

 

Ed Adamczyk of San Diego SEA, Inc.

 

Ed is from Suffield, Connecticut and moved to San Diego in the 1970’s, he is a licensed Contractor and has been fixing properties for over 40 years.  His specialty is Floor Covering. But he is an all around handyman as well.  He is skilled at figuring out difficult repair issues, restoration, renovations and custom jobs are no stranger to him.  He takes pride in the details.  He spends time doing research for ways to provide clients savings on purchases, and helps them save money in the process.  When another vendor or contractor is needed he has the connections to make good recommendation of who he believes should join a project, and oversees their work, and works along with them.

Most of the properties under their management are in the Metro areas, Golden Hill, North Park, Normal Heights, Sherman Heights, South Park, but they have some rentals a little north from Metro as far up to North Clairemont and PB.
